Planning on booking a ticket to India from Alanita Travels, Watertown, MA. I have read mixed reviews for this company. Anyone had any experience with them?
they do pricematch. Alanita is pretty good. Just make sure to shop around and read the official travel to India thread.
Ebates gives 2% off Priceline tickets and Priceline has no booking fees..so u can get the cheapest ticket online without any annoying travel agents and still get 2% off the lowest price.

I came here to say DO NOT BUY FROM MUDRA Travels run by some Patelbhai (goes by fatwallet id "patelofIndia")...... The official India travel thread is run and moderated by his network. I still regret my decision (got influenced by his "help" after reading this forum). If I bought fom Alanita I could have saved $$.
Take at least 5 quotes before you buy ... bargain as much as you can.
If you get screwed it is your fault !!

I agree! I just dealt with Mudra and have been very irritated . He called and adked me to delete a bad reveiw or else face legal action. When I called another person on line and conferenced him in, Mudra travel's demeanor changes. Just 2 mins back his whole argument was "legal action" against me for posting a review. And he wasted a good chunk of my time during work. Way to go for a travel service.
