I didn't waste any time...I shared the T/C's for anyone who cares.

This offer is not vaild. It is not something that is offered to any guest. It is an offer that is earned by a member of the Venetian and Palazzo's club grazie loyalty program. Each one of these offers that was sent out is coded to each individual that did earn the promotion. If you are not someone who earned it and you do try to book you will recieve a cancellation email for a reservation manager.

Correct. The Venetian system will let anyone book any rate if you craft the URL right. However, if your account was not targeted for that offer, they will take it away.
