Called the LV hilton when I saw this on dealbase two weeks ago. The conditions were onerous. Took a pass. Booked Harrah's Paris $60 pn for my midweek dates.

I got one of these return airfare credits when I stayed at the MGM Grand last year. They pay for the airfare up to $300 (tax was my responsibility)
It had a condition where I must stay at the MGM grand on the published website rates on my return. The travel had to be booked through a specific travel agency (name printed on the certificate) within 6 months of when I got it for travel by 1 year from when I got it. I cant remember if there was a minimum number of days I had to stay on the return trip.
I ended up not using it because the deal to go back was not good enough to get me to return (with the Vegas hotel discounts on FW and cheap airfare, it didnt make enough sense to go just to use the voucher).
Dont let the voucher be the reason you stay here. Stay if the rates are good for the hotel; the voucher is just an added bonus you may or may not use.
