Reno and Vegas. Looks like for me.. 5 nights 6 days will cost about 200 bucks!!! I would order on Wednesday because normally on Wednesday they have hotel discounts!

I'm looking at booking a trip, but some of the hotels have: "Mandatory Charges: The following charges will be collected by the hotel at checkout: A Service Fee totaling to $99.99USD that is taxable - in-room internet access, Las Vegas Review Journal, gift shop discount, fitness access & more"
or a resort fee of some kind. Is that included in the Orbitz price I see or are these in addition to that Orbitz price?
Circus Circus doesn't seem to have those fees listed, can anyone confirm they are indeed no additional fees?
Looks like Circus Circus was cheapest after the fees from the other places were added on.
Orbitz offered $15 for Grayline transportation from airport to hotel, I removed it, but wondering if I should of kept it. Looks like other companies offer the service for less, but I'm a Vegas noob so I'm not sure. Does it matter if my flight is coming in late (11pm)?
If there is a Vegas newbie thread, can someone point me to it? Thanks
I would take a cab from the airport to the hotel and same going back to the airport. You get your own ride, and you don't have to stop at everyone elses hotel while waiting to get to yours and they only pick up at certain times when going back to the airport, with a cab you can leave exactly when you get want and not have to make stops again along the way. the one and only time i used a shuttle i watched when we got to the airport and forgot some other peoples bags at the hotel they were staying at....never again did i use them most hotels are only about 3-4 miles from the airport i believe. cabs are VERY easy to get, they are everywhere in vegas and each hotel has their own waiting cab line outside that they flag down and set up for you and hotel is kinda the same way. signs are everywhere near the baggage claim. were looking at this deal from austin,tx and for monte carlo were getting $477 for 5 nites! Good deal! I have been to vegas quite a few times feel free to pm me if you have any questions and i will try to help.
oh, were looking at staying at monte carlo .. they had a promo that you get the 4th nite free so it was one of the least expensive places for us out of where we like to stay. I havent stayed at circus since like 1998 or so when i went w/ my family and my little brother went since he couldnt gamble and if i remember rights its almost on the end of the strip if that matters to you at all.
i did find out for monte carlo that the resort fee of $9.50 a day, gets you get 2 bottles of water a day, complimentary news paper each day, and daily access to the fitness center and unlimited local and toll free calls.
