thanks for this - i'm already in the emerald club and i didn't know about this (maybe i'm automatically enrolled for the promotion, or maybe i fell off their books because i haven't rented in a few months)
This link takes you to a page where it allows you to sign up for an Emerald club membership and this promo, if you aren't already a member. If you are already in the Emerald Club, click on the tab that appears in the upper part of the page, and you will be taken to a different page where you enter your membership number and thus sign up for the promo.
By the way, there is a box there where you can enter a friend's email address and if he/she signs up for a free Emerald Club membership, you will get a free rental day. They don't have to do anything other than sign up for the free membership.
It says "sign up to 5 friends" and there are boxes for 5 emails there (giving one the initial impression that one could earn up to 5 days this way), but then it says that "if 1 or more of your friends" signs up, you will get just 1 rental day total, so there isn't any point of giving away others' email addresses if you've already got one person who will agree to sign up for a free Emerald Club membership so that you can get the free day.

I did this but I dont see any free rental in my account yet... did u see it?
