We were in Vegas in September and saw Prix Fixe menus advertised at restaurants in Mandalay Bay and Mirage, but didn't try any. We are going back in November, and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a particilar restaurant with a Prix Fixe option from your experience. Thanks.

Fleur de Lys @ Mandalay Bay
Owner
Chef Hubert Keller brings his signature restaurant to Las Vegas, offering the same contemporary French cuisine for which he has become famous.

Fleur de Lys is among favorite French restaurants in Las Vegas. The room is attractive and quiet. Service is correct without being overbearing. The prix fixe menus offer ample variety. All dishes are exquisite. The duck breast and confit are worth a special mention. Chef Keller is a genius

I really enjoy going to Craftsteak at MGM Grand. Craftsteak

From the website: Celebrity chef Tom Colicchio insists on the finest ingredients from small family farms and other specialized venues. A James Beard award-winning chef, Colicchio is emphatic when it comes to creating menu items that appeal to all lovers of fine food.

If you have a car and aren't only determined to eat at casino's restaurants, Rosemary's Restaurant is a great off-Strip restaurant with a prix fixe menu. Otherwise, Stripsteak is good and has a reasonably priced prix fixe menu.

Envy Steakhouse. It's off the strip at the Renaissance Hotel. But it's hands down the best steakhouse I've ever been to in Vegas or otherwise. They have a prix fixe menu recently due to the economy.
