There is a great deal for MGM hotel in Las vegas. I can get 50 dollars activity credit per room per stay. The question is can I make two separate reservations for two successive days and take totally 100 dollars' credit. Can I just check out after the first day and check in again immediately? Is that possible to get totally 100 dollars' credit?

Read the fine print on the booking page; many require more than one night stay. Also, you will most likely have to change rooms.
You'll need the two reservations in two separate names, and would have to check out and check back in. If checkout is 12noon and your new room isn't ready until 3pm, you've got to pack, drag your luggage downstairs and either wait with it or leave with the bell desk until your new room is ready, then back upstairs and unpack.
