I've had an investigation out for about six months on a stay. I booked through the link here, and there doesn't seem to be any issue on the Fatwallet end; Intercontinental simply hasn't responded to their inquiries. If Fatwallet doesn't get paid, I don't get paid; but this is a bit ridiculous on the hotel's part.
I'm interested to see if this is just me. Has anyone else had any issues getting the FatCash for an Intercontinental hotel stay?

I have about $500 in outstanding CashBack from Intercontinental. (My purchases were through Jackpotrewards, which gives 13% on IC stays, but I'm responding here because IC clearly does have a problem delivering on CashBack). My stays in US Intercontinental hotels (IC, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn) post without problems, but the international stays either don't post at all (ICs in Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo), or at some ridiculous level (about 50% of the promised CashBack amount at the IC Bali).
