Well, I read the user agreement and I'm sorry to say I am slightly confused. It seemed to me that you hold off payments for six months? But, I followed the link above and it stated "you don't like to keep 'us' waiting". How long is the wait once funds are deposited, from the patronized merchants, into our FW account. I don't mind 3 months. |

Hi williaminmd! Welcome to FatWallet Thank you so much for reading the user agreement, and for giving us the opportunity to answer your questions. The pending/waiting period is 90 days for the majority of our merchants. We do have a few (all of the Dell's, for example) that are 120. This is due to the agreements we have with merchants, allowing them the time needed to appropriately process returns, changes, etc. Not to mention, it can take that long for us to receive payment. If for any reason the merchant has a pending time longer than 90 days, it is included in their Cash Back Terms & Conditions on their individual Cash Back Shopping page. If you have other questions, do please let us know! We're here to help. |

Can anyone tell me how to post pictures? I'm checking the "I want to attach files to this message after posting" box, all I get is a link to the picture, like here. |

If you go here you can find directions near the bottom of the OP (short for "Original Post"). If you need more specific directions, there is an attachment entitled "Uploading Pictures by VBMcGB" that you may find helpful. If you still have problems after working with those documents, feel free to send me a PM (just click the "private message") button under my name). |

I tried posting a thread in this forum and in finance and they are not showing up, must they be approved by a mod before they make it to the page? Thanks |

Probably a dumb question...but need to ask. I am at $1150 since May 09 however I just came across my first "3 submissions per household/address". Do these need to be different names or can they be the same name? |

Mainerebategirl, if you are referring to your question in this thread, "3 per household/address" means any combination of people (1, 2, or 3) in the same a household or at the same address. This is to prevent a household with, say, 50 "people" from getting rebates that are limited to one/person. As long as all other language on the rebate form does not limit it to one per person, you can submit them all under one name. |

I just made my second OP but it didn't go in the specific category. I went to that section before posting but it just seems to go under Hot Deals - what am I not seeing? Am I blind? |
