Although the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees and creators of massive Southern rock hits such as “Born on the Bayou,” “Proud Mary,” and “Fortunate Son” parted ways in the early 1970s, drummer Doug “Cosmo” Clifford and bass player Stu Cook reunited in 1995 for Creedence Clearwater Revisited, a project that began with small, private shows and ballooned to world tours.
