KidsâEUR(TM) classes focus on techniques such as blocks, punches, and kicks, as well as fundamentals such as building confidence and training the body. Classes also progress to weapons training such as sword and pole patterns. Adult classes follow the same pattern, but put more emphasis on fighting and self-defense earlier in the program. Both programs also incorporate elements of stretching, meditation, and chi kung.
Classes, which meet Thursdays (7 p.m.âEUR"9 p.m.) and Saturdays (2:30 p.m.âEUR"4:30 p.m.), begin Saturday, January 5, and run until Saturday, March 30.
