Front-of-the-house training covers the arts of bartending, waiting tables, serving, making cocktails, and maintaining a hospitable and professional attitude. Management training illuminates all of the restaurant’s roles, including chef, bar and serving services, as well as responsibilities such as inventory management, code enforcement, and personality management. With completion in as little as two-to-three weeks, students will be certified as professionally trained, and will also receive assistance finding employment in the industry.
