On July 4, Jesus Aguliar opened the doors to his new restaurant "Azteca Paradise," located at 210 Saw Mill River Road, on the corner of Route 9A and Payne Street. "People can enjoy a real Mexican atmosphere here," Aguilar said. "The food is excellent. It is authentic Mexican cuisine. We come from the south part of Mexico in Puebla. We're the real deal. We are what real Mexican cuisine is about. We are not on the Tex-Mex side; we do more authentic Mexican food."
