Dinner options rotate daily based on the chef’s preference. Each entree and side dish comes artfully arranged by the resident food decorator. Meals can include marinated chicken, roast beef, and roasted turkey for entrees, scalloped or creamy mashed potatoes and flowered carrots for sides, and chocolate cherries jubilee or apple crisp with ice cream for dessert. Each meal is accompanied by a side salad, two vegetables, fresh rolls, hot and cold beverages, and a dessert.
