The Kananaskis River's Class II and III rapids toss riders about between the majestic peaks of the Canadian Rockies during this half-day adventure, which launches from Canmore at 1:30 p.m. each day (around 40 minutes from Calgary). In addition to a guided group paddle of the waterway, guests receive transportation to and from the river and a CD full of photos of their adventure. They also get 15% off a subsequent trip. Booking begins May 1, and the season runs from approximately May 15–September 15, depending on weather and availability.
