OYA serves up innovative riffs on gourmet ingredients, starting with green curry steamed mussels and graduating to Chilean sea bass or roasted chicken with tandoori spices. Also adored are sushi rolls like the hamachi jalapeņo and pork belly with peach kimchi.
SEI takes a few pages out of OYA's book, but expands its sushi to include a rousing spicy unagi harumaki roll -- eel with a hint of spice and basil pear sauce. Mains nod to international tastes, particularly the shrimp tacos with wasabi sour cream and kobe sliders with tomato jam.
SAX offers a lush environment combining elements of a French cabaret and a Venetian opera house. Dine amid mirrored walls, velvet drapings, and gilded ornamentation as performers take the stage throughout your meal. The contemporary French menu highlights shareable small plates like baked brie and Wagyu beef sliders.
