The Rugged Maniac 5K Obstacle Race will take place at Wilmot Mountain in Wilmot on Saturday, August 3. Beginning at 9 a.m. and ending around 3 p.m., waves of no more than 300 runners take off every 15 minutes, with athletes selecting their start time during online registration. Entry includes a Rugged Maniac T-shirt, race photos, a beer for those of legal age and fresh fruit at the finish line.
