Choose Between Two Options
- $99 for 10 speed-and-conditioning training classes (a $250 value)
- $119 for 10 basketball training classes (a $300 value)
After a comprehensive initial evaluation to determine fitness level, speed-and-conditioning trainees undergo 75-minute sessions designed to improve their strength, power, flexibility, and speed. A maximum of five athletes will be assigned to work with one trainer. Alternatively, athletes can improve their basketball fundamentals with overall conditioning, ball-handling, shooting, and low-post drills. See the full class schedule here.
