You're a seasoned veteran of the yoga circuit, so you're ready to expand your soul-centering circle beyond the garden-variety stuff to include something that's not quite so square. Round out your sphere of serenity with an Adventure that will have your head--and your body--spinning: a one-hour yoga session and introductory pole dancing class, followed by a reception with champagne and strawberries. We'll start by heading to Sheila Kelly S Factor Studios, where our LivingSocial team will be waiting to check us in. Once everyone's arrived, we'll limber up our bodies and roll out our mats before receiving a one-hour yoga class from the S Factor's experienced instructors. The pivotal moment will come when we get a hands-on lesson in the finer points of the art of pole dancing--an intense work-out emphasizing pole grips, rotation balance, spinning, inversions, and "dance flow" that puts a unique twist on standard yoga methods. We'll then get the chance to see our teachers put on a professional pole dancing show. After the performance, we'll turn our attention to a different kind of relaxation with a 30-minute reception at the studio with a sensual spread. As we make the rounds, we'll get our fill of decadent chocolate-covered strawberries along with one complimentary glass of champagne per person.
