Two-Hour Beer Brewing Workshops

If you strive to one day be a beer connoisseur, take the first step toward achieving your dreams by attending a two-hour class with the staff of Keg Cowboy in Lexington: o $19 ($40 value) for admission to Beer School on Wednesday at 6 p.m. Class features quality beer tastings designed to introduce students to several types of beer, offers food pairing suggestions, and includes an overview of the home brewing process. o $19 ($40 value) for admission to a Beer Brewing 101 Class on select Saturdays at 10 a.m. Session is led by a certified Cicerone, who leads students through a start-to-finish demonstration on making a five-gallon batch of home-brewed beer.
