Pumps and Grinds covers sensual body rolls, whereas Cabaret combines jazz moves with alluring shimmies and shakes. Go-Go Cardio tones legs with dramatic drops and other steps, conducted at varying speeds. Finally, L.A. Diva classes involve slightly more advanced glamorous routines. All the classes help women increase their confidence and stay fit, strengthening the core and sculpting the lower body and mid-section.
