A coach leads groups through one-hour workouts that emulate the fun-filled camaraderie of high-school PE classes. Obstacle courses, ab exercises, and calisthenics complement games of dodgeball and freeze. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays, and hold up to 24 people.
