In 45-minute group fitness classes, students burn body fat and tone muscles through a combination of cardio kickboxing and strength-band training. Classes take place six days a week, and for the two-week option classes must be used in consecutive weeks. Gloves and wraps are not included in this Groupon, but they are required for participation. Guests can bring their own gloves and wraps or purchase them onsite for $24.
