Pay $90 to choose from two four-week clinic options: speed and agility for grades 5th through 12th, or baseball/softball for your 7th to 12th grader (regularly $240). The hour-long speed and agility clinics focus on explosiveness, flexibility, pre-screening for injuries and tightness, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, pre- and post-tests, drills for strength and conditioning, and running techniques and coordination. If your son or daughter already has a favorite sport, the hour-long baseball and softball clinics emphasize the aforementioned in addition to throwing velocity, lifts, balance technique, and coordination. Both options run from November 26 through December 20 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with speed and agility at 5 p.m. and baseball/softball at 6 p.m. Happy, healthy kiddos?
