This comprehensive tune-up consists of a 21-point inspection. An expert will arrive at your home to monitor all faucet aerators; monitor emergency motor shut-offs; monitor water levels and flush valves; check all drain operation traps; inspect all washer hoses and screens; monitor ease of all faucet operations; monitor garbage disposal operation; inspect water filter system; monitor water heater operation and safety controls; perform a visual inspection of all exposed drain and water lines; measure water pressure; measure water temperature; inspect burners/elements; check water heater temperature, relief valves, and drain line; and check drinking water backflow prevention device.
