During a 25-minute preflight training session, instructors divulge indoor-skydiving safety tips and discuss basic hand signals for communicating while inside the vertical air chamber. Participants fit into provided flight suits, helmets, goggles, gloves, and pads before stepping into the chamber, where they are hoisted aloft for up to five minutes by winds travelling up to 225 km/h. Training sessions begin every 15 minutes, and visitors depart with souvenir T-shirts.
