Certified instructors lead sessions that blend sprints, rowing, body-weight exercises, and plyometrics. Students learn basic movements of CrossFit before moving on to WODs, or workouts of the day classes, held six days a week. Classes are available at 6 a.m.,9 a.m.,10 a.m., 4 p.m., ,5 p.m. ,6 p.m., and 9 p.m. classes.
