Choose Between Two Options

The first acupuncture visit lasts about 90 minutes and includes a complete health consultation; the second visit lasts 45-60 minutes. The licensed acupuncturist can enhance one of the two visits with either cupping or gua sha. With cupping, the practitioner places heated glass cups on the back, where they apply gentle suction to skin, helping bolster circulation. Alternatively, during gua sha sessions, the practitioner pulls a smooth-edged instrument across lubricated skin, applying pressure to help address chronic pain.
