o $12 ($30 value) for a regular oil change
o $49 ($120 value) for a year of regular oil changes
o Oil change package involves full vehicle inspection and all-fluid top offs
o Annual option includes four visits -- once every three months

Fine Print
Limit 1 per customer, up to 3 additional as gifts
o Limit 1 per vehicle per visit
o Appointments required and subject to availability
o Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24hours applies; voucher subject to forfeiture
o Valid for up to 5 quarts of regular oil, additional quarts and synthetic oil available for an extra fee; $3.50 disposal fee is required
o Option A: All services must be redeemed during a single visit by same vehicle
o Option B: Valid for 4 oil changes in 12-months; may be used by 2 different cars
