Twinkle Lights Trolley Tour

The holiday songs lie--walking in a winter wonderland in our seasonal tundra does not a yuletide magic make. Rolling in a heated vintage trolley past shimmering homes with booze and baked goods--now that's something to get lyrical over. Get into the seasonal spirit without frosting your nose hairs with this Adventure: a two-hour tour around the Twin Cities, checking out the most decked-out homes, with a cocktail and dessert. We'll assemble at Great Waters Brewing Company in historic St. Paul, where our team of light loving guides who will be waiting to check us in. Before we board our trolleys, we'll have the chance to purchase some specialty discounted growlers of Great Water's handcrafted brew to make the lights on our tour that much brighter. After we are stocked on provisions, we'll board our vintage trolley's provided by Twin City Trolleys. In our old-timey and heat controlled rides, we'll weave through the snowy roads to showcase the city's most extravagant holiday-decorated homes. Think: curtains of blue, red, and green lights draping houses in historic neighborhoods, North Pole re-creations on front lawns, and gimmicky homes festooned with twinkly magic. Once we've had our fill of lights galore, we'll head back to Great Waters Brewing Company, where we'll enjoy a glass of spiced wassail, which is a seasonal creation that is served hot and made up of mulled ale, spices and fruit. Or, those who'd like something more tame can opt to enjoy a Peppermint Patty or one of Great Water's Craft Beers. To go along with our post-light cocktail we'll choose from one of three holiday inspired dessert options. We may not be walking but after riding through this winter wonderland, we'll certainly have something to sing about.
