Our spices are imported from, Korea, Japan, India, the Middle East, Latin America, Europe and the Southwest USA. They are combined with the freshest ingredients from local farms when available; organic meat purveyors; and fish right off the boat to bring to your table dishes like: Miso Marinated Black Cod or Goruper; various styles of Organic Scottish and Alaska Salmon; Murray Farm and Bell and Evans Chicken, Hudson Valley Duck, Canadian Hormone-Free Veal, Shellfish and Clam dishes as well as coveted Grass-Fed Beef and Lamb all designed to flirt with your senses. There is even traditional Korean Kalbi which has a marinade going back three generations to MYONG's Korean village. Newly crafted Burgers from custom blends by Myong and Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors include the Ultimate Burger which adds Dry Aged Prime Rib to the burger for a completely amazing experience. Special dishes abound and menus change seasonally to reflect our Farm to Table sustainability. Another important fact about Myong is that over 90% of her dishes are Gluten Free. Dining room desserts change frequently and have plenty of variety, including "grandmas" warm apple dessert, which MYONG calls apple perfection.
