What are Piloxing and Booty Ballet?
Try a fun, upbeat class like Piloxing -- a mixture of Pilates, boxing, and dance that will have your heart pumping. Or, work on getting the long, lean legs and derriere of a dancer with the easy-to-follow moves of Booty Ballet or the small, isolated movements of Barre.
