During 90-minute cooking sessions, participants learn to prepare a three-course meal from start to finish. The meal consists of an appetizer, entree, and dessert, with themed menus changing every few weeks. Chefs provide all materials and hands-on instruction. Students can purchase an additional set of ingredients (for an additional serving) for $20, or can bring a friend for $20. After sessions, participants take their new meals home, heat if necessary, and serve.
