Budding gelato artists get hands-on experience making creamy confections in the gelateriaâEUR(TM)s kitchen, mixing candy, fruits, and nuts to create three different flavors such as pumpkin, apple cider, gingerbread, or peppermint. (A different slate of seasonal flavors will be available after the holidays.) Meanwhile, students sip ultrarich hot chocolate made from MiaâEUR(TM)s in-house chef.

Each student gets to leave with the gelato theyâEUR(TM)ve made to share or to place in a bank to accrue interest. Workshops are designed for adults, but children may attend with a parent at the parentâEUR(TM)s discretion. Classes are held on weekdays at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and on weekends at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
