Chef Jason Hess, originally from Salt Lake City, is a graduate from Culinary Institute of America in New York, the top culinary school in the nation. He has also cheffed for Wolfgang Puck in his San Francisco restaurant, "Postrio".
Beyond this, he has cheffed in Hawaii, Park City, and all along the Wasatch Front. Through Jason's career, he has mastered many incredible techniques and dishes. The "Jasoh" menu is a combination of some of Jason's favorites, like gourmet pizzas baked in our wood burning oven, incredible Demi Glaze/Wine Reduction sauces, and many other diverse items showcasing flavors of the Mediterranean, Spain, Italy and Asia.
