Horses symbolize a wild, uncontrollable spirit, which is why rebellious teenagers sport mane-like mohawks and eat even the cores of their apples. Take the reins with this Groupon.

Camp at Stabile di Cavallo in Falcon takes place June 16–20 and July 14–18, and camp at Windswept Farms in Black Forest takes place June 30–July 4 and July 21–25.
Kids aged 6–16 learn riding, horsemanship, and grooming under fun-yet-safe conditions that follow the CHA Horseman Association curriculum at horse-riding summer camp. Riders are separated by experience level so each camper gets the right focus, and in addition to lessons, students also receive a T-shirt, bottled water, and snacks. Kids should bring lunch, a light jacket, a hat, and sunscreen, and are required to wear a short-sleeved shirt and breeches or fitted jeans with a belt, an ATSM/SEI–certified riding helmet, and hard-soled paddock boots with a heel. Helmets and boots are sold at Springs Equestrians or are available to rent for $20 each.
