During each tasting experienceâEUR"which may last for up to four hoursâEUR"guests sit down to a list of main ingredients. To kick-start their culinary adventure, they cross off those that they dislike and pencil in any allergies or dietary restrictions they may have, such as veganism or gluten aversion.
