- All classes must be redeemed by same customer
- 4-class punch card must be used within 90 days of first class
- 8-class punch card must be used within 120 days of first class
- Available for use beginning the day after purchase
- If voucher is redeemed on or before May 07, 2013 customer will receive a punch card redeemable for 4 or 8 classes. First punch may be used any time after punch card is received but all punches must be used within 90 or 120 days from the first visit, depending on the option purchased
- If voucher is redeemed after May 07, 2013 customer will receive a $27 or $49 credit toward classes for the paid value, depending on the option purchased. Paid value must be used in a single visit
