In 1.5-hour Wine 101 classes, students learn about the basics of wine through tastings and absorbing information about types of wines, regions, and varietals. The four-week series begins with a component tasting to isolate and identify individual flavors, and the following weeks focus on whites, reds, and finally sparkling and port wines. All wines tasted during the course will be offered at a discount to students.
