Radical Ramen
Learn to make that comforting ramen you find in the local shops right in your own home. Though it typically takes hours to make that delicious thick broth, restauranteur Cynthia Fung will teach you to "cheat" and make it quickly so you can savor ramen whenever you wish. This class includes a demonstration, hands-on time, recipes, and, of course eating your own ramen.
