Instructors lead intense 45-minute classes that combine cardio exercise with foundational boxing moves. Students begin with jump-rope exercises, footwork, punching techniques, and dodging motions before strapping on gloves and unleashing relentless combinations on a heavy bag to increase accuracy and strength. Check your preferred location's schedule for a detailed list of class times and dates. Gloves, wraps, and jump ropes are required for all classes. Guests can bring their own, or Groupon holders can purchase their own packages for a reduced fee.
