Instructors train fighters of all experience levels in three modern martial arts and supplement the fighting education with cardio cross-training classes for conditioning. The instructors teach devastating striking combos of muay thai, which makes use of elbows and knees for close-quarters fighting. Brazilian jujitsu classes focus on grappling and using ingenious takedowns and joint locks to overwhelm opponents who may be larger or stronger.
