The four-hour basic digital-photography workshop shows students how to use the essential functions on their digital SLR camera to take better photos. Students also receive instruction on digitally processing images and manipulating lighting. The one-year membership gives students unlimited access to three- and four-hour workshops, such as classes focused on lighting and posing, Photoshop skills—which requires a laptop with access to Photoshop CS2 or newer—and professional-photography business basics. A professional photo shoot is included as a hands-on learning experience, with the customer as the shoot’s subject.
