On Saturday, February 23, the 2013 Chinese New Year Parade takes to the streets with more than 100 units of celebratory floats and costumes. In addition to their premium seating, attendees receive two T-shirts emblazoned with the Year of the Snake logo. The parade begins at 5:15 p.m. on Market Street and and runs for approximately three hours, finishing adjacent to the hotel on Kearny Street. Wristbands are available for pickup starting at 3:30 p.m; street-level bleachers open at 3:30 p.m., and bridge-level bleachers open at 4:30 p.m. Children 4 years of age and younger are admitted for free.

The Hilton San Francisco Financial District, located just one block from Chinatown, transforms its grounds into prime parade-viewing real estate during the annual Chinese New Year Parade.
