Three-Hour Cooking Class

The holidays are coming up, which means it's time to get the cornucopia centerpiece out of the closet, untangle the tinsel, and start planning some festive menus. Meets Wednesday, December 5 and Wednesday, December 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. ... Learn to make pie dough, fudge, gingerbread, sugar cookies, and royal icing. o Southern Soul Cooking for The Holiday with Chef Daaimah Waqia ... Meets Saturday, December 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. ... Learn to make herbed chicken, sweet potatoes with cinnamon and nutmeg, sautéed greens medley, and blue-cheese cornbread.
