Day at the Vineyard: Yoga + Wine + Lunch

Finding a cure for what ails you can be a real pain. If you're about ready to take healing into your own hands, this Adventure is just what the doctor ordered: a restorative retreat to Agua Dulce Winery, located just 40 minutes north of downtown LA, with a range of soothing activities. We'll start by heading to Agua Dulce -- a beautiful vineyard set in the Santa Clarita hills with an on-site winery and tasting room -- where our team of specialists will be waiting to greet us and check us in. From there, we'll enjoy a 40-minute outdoor yoga session, reviving our bodies, minds, and souls amid a picturesque patchwork of vines. Next, we'll continue our regimen with a hike through the vineyard, taking in the scenery while we learn about Agua Dulce's growing methods and examine its parcels of land up close. Back at the winery, we'll sedate ourselves with complimentary chair massages and paraffin hand waxes courtesy of Infinite Massage before turning our attention to the ultimate anesthetic: wine. We'll get a chance to sample several doses of Agua Dulce's excellent wines and enjoy a boxed picnic lunch (turkey sandwich, pasta salad, homemade Italian cookie, and water) before calling it a day. For the ideal antidote to LA apathy, you'll want to be sure to administer this Adventure, stat.
