Choose Between Two Options

• $130 for four one-hour small-group riding lessons, held over four consecutive weeks (a $260 value)
• $300 for five days of spring riding camp for ages 6-16 on April 2âEUR"6 (a $650 value)

Camp days for ages 6-16 begin with morning lectures, followed by grooming and tacking instruction. Next, a one-hour group riding lesson warms up saddles, after which riders untack their horses and return them to their stalls. Campers then participate in a horse-centric arts-and-crafts session and eat their lunches, before munching on provided snacks and participating in nature activities and a horse-skills lesson. Camps take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

The four weekly classes, on the other hand, teach a merry band of two to five adult or child saddle sitters aged 6 and older to build a partnership with their mounts. Participating students learn to communicate, pick up essential riding techniques, and discover how to tack and care for the horses. Riding lessons or spring camp groupons may also be given as gifts.
