Choose Between Two Options
- $99 for a live 90-Hour Real-Estate Prelicensing Course ($499 Value)
- $249 for an online 90-Hour Real-Estate Prelicensing Course, with access to all live courses ($399 Value)
The live course meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During that time, instructors guide students in classroom interaction and discussion, review sessions, and mock exams to prepare for the state exam. Students who choose the online course can learn at their own pace and access their curriculum remotely.
Classes are on a rolling schedule, so students can show up to their desired sessions in any order. This allows students the option to finish all sessions in as little as four weeks or to fit just Saturday classes into their schedule. To guarantee their services, instructors allow those who do not pass the state exam to retake any or all sessions for up to one year. See the syllabus and schedule for more details.
