Spira's daily classes are rooted in the Ashtanga yoga tradition, with poses that flow together rapidly. During all-levels classes, the instructors lead students through more than 53 poses in a studio gently heated between 88 and 90 degrees. Advanced sessions challenge experienced students with strength-building poses, and restorative classes feature slow stretches, meditation, and candlelight. Guests should bring their own yoga mats or rent them from the studio free of charge.
