Wreath Making + Three-Course Gourmet Lunch

Lately, your jingle bells have been sounding more like a thud than a twinkle, and your decorations have dwindled down to that plastic palm tree with the surfin' Santa ornament. With today's deal, bring back the true scents and tastes of the Yuletide season: a wreath-making class with special beverages and a three-course gourmet lunch. We'll arrive at Smash Wine Bar & Restaurant and meet up with our team of arts and crafts enablers who'll help us make sense of all the decorative accouterments before us. Before getting settled, we'll enjoy a group toast with spiked cider served with homemade chocolate yam scones. Those treats will light up our creative spark plugs as we weave together fresh greenery of noble fir, pine, and juniper to form our wreath base. We'll then adorn our arts project with eucalyptus, holly, and pepperberry, adding a splash of holiday color and subtle scent. And don't forget the pine cones or bright red bow to liven up the color scheme. Feel free to bring your own decorations to add onto your wreath during the event. With our artisanal creations beaming, we'll give our bellies something to work with, too. Chef Dana Hannon will prepare a three-course lunch to be served alongside a glass of red or white wine. Look forward to pumpkin bisque or local greens, and then a choice of the following: a specially prepared chicken or turkey dish, or vegetarian ravioli. And with chocolate-cranberry mousse to round out the evening, we're bound to have a more jingle-jangle Christmas than even a kitschy Kris Kringle could provide.
